Our Gratitude bracelet reminds us to pause and notice what we have to be grateful for in this very moment. It also serves as a reminder that yes, life is hard and brutal at times, but even in the midst of pain there is still something to be grateful for.

The Story

Did you know your brain is hardwired to notice anything negative or threatening instantly, but it takes 15 to 30 seconds for something beautiful, positive, loving, or good to make the same kind of neurological impact on you? For many of us, especially the incredible survivors who make these bracelets, life has been hard.

Practicing gratitude is a way of orienting our lives to pause and linger (even if it’s just for 15 seconds) on the simple gifts all around us, and in doing so, rewiring our neural pathways to more easily connect with joy.

Handmade with semi precious stones, Miyuki seed beads, and elastic.

Gratitude bracelet comes on a card with a quote on the front, and a mindfulness practice on the back. Included on the back is a QR code to a blog that shares a story and more in depth detail about the practice. 

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Hang-dry for longest life and to reduce shrinkage.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
