Beading this bracelet over and over has helped survivors regulate their nervous systems. One artisan shared that when she was feeling triggered, she remembered this practice and began to take a sensory inventory before she "flipped her lid." This mindfulness bracelet helps us all heal, together. 

The Details 

Handmade with semi precious stones, Miyuki seed beads, and elastic.

Calm Bracelet comes on a card with a quote on the front, the practice on the back. Included on the back is a QR code to a blog that shares a story and more in depth detail about the calming practice. 

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.

Hang-dry for longest life and to reduce shrinkage.

Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
