Replacements are limited to once per design, per household. We request a valid receipt or proof of purchase to honor our guarantee.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item for a different product, you have 2 options:
First, submit a new order for the replacement product. Then contact our Customer Experience team at: Westpaw@Westpaw.com with the new order number. We will then provide you with a return label for you to use when shipping back the product for a refund/credit.
